GIFTS, § 32[*] — sufficiency of evidence. In proceeding to establish title to shares of stock alleged to have been acquired by plaintiff by way of gift inter vivos, evidence failed to establish existence of valid gift or plaintiff’s right to stock, and hence decree dismissing complaint was proper and would be affirmed.
Appeal from the Circuit Court of Peoria county; the Hon. JOHN T. CULBERTSON, JR., Judge, presiding.
Decree affirmed. Heard in this court at the October term, 1942.
