JUDGMENTS, § 376[*] — when objection that revived judgment was not in proper form is without merit. Objection that revived judgment by confession entered by court was not in proper form, in that it did not contain order that execution issue thereon, held without merit, in view of section 55 of Civil Practice Act and also in view of failure of defendants to make objection to form of judgment when it was entered (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1941, ch. 110, par. 179; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 104.055).
Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. JOSEPH B. HERMES, presiding.
Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at June term, 1942.
