DIVORCE, § 145[*] allowance of attorney’s fees necessitated by defending appeal. Order awarding divorced wife reimbursement for reasonable solicitor’s fees necessitated by defending appeal by husband from divorce decree would be affirmed where it appeared that retention of attorneys and defense of such appeal was necessary to protection of wife’s interests, and where it further appeared that financial resources of wife were insufficient to permit payment by her of such expenses out of her own funds.
