BROKERS, § 107[*] services as procuring cause of sale, sufficiency of evidence. Where property was listed for sale with broker, key to property was given latter when tenants moved out, broker showed property to one who later purchased it but who at the time informed broker that he was not interested, and subsequently another broker effected the sale, after having procured an option from the owner, question whether services rendered by first broker were the procuring cause or effective means which finally resulted in sale was one of fact, and finding for plaintiff broker was warranted by the evidence.
