INSURANCE, § 353[*] — proof of loss, time. In action on fire insurance policy, proof of loss was submitted within 60 days, where fire began January 27, burned for two days, and proof of loss was delivered on March 28, and affidavit was sufficient when signed by president of insured, although he did not put descriptive words after the signature, the insurer’s agent being aware of the status of the individual.
Appeal from City Court of East St. Louis; Hon. RALPH COOK, presiding.
Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1939.
