HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 189[*] — sufficiency of evidence to entitle wife to decree of separate maintenance. Under evidence, held that trial court properly found that wife was living separate and apart from husband without fault on her part, and that she was entitled to decree of separate maintenance.
Appeal from Circuit Court of Peoria county; Hon. JOSEPH E. DAILY, presiding.
Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1942.
