ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 209[*] — proper disallowance of claim.
Claim against decedent’s estate, arising out of note signed by decedent payable after her death and intended as gift to plaintiffs, was properly disallowed, as note failed as gif inter vivos, and evidence sustained finding of no valuable consideration without which there could be no recovery in action at law.
Appeal from the Circuit Court of Lee county; the Hon. LEON A. ZICK, Judge, presiding.
