Summary of Misconduct:
Mr. Laski, who was licensed in 1990, was disbarred on consent. While serving as the city clerk of Chicago, he solicited and accepted bribes in exchange for City of Chicago business. He also obstructed justice when he directed and advised others to mislead a federal grand jury by falsely testifying about the nature of the payments.
