Summary of Misconduct:
Mr. Rothman, who was licensed in 1992, was disbarred. He continued to

practice law during an earlier suspension and struck another attorney as they were leaving a courtroom. He was suspended on an interim basis on January 8, 2003.
Order of the Court:
The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission for leave to file exceptions to the report and recommendation of the Review Board is allowed. Respondent Richard R. Rothman is disbarred.
