AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 125[*] — contributory negligence, sufficiency of evidence. In action for injuries sustained by motorist when he collided with truck making left turn, lower court erroneously granted judgment for plaintiff, where evidence showed that defendant turned on his signal light before turning left, plaintiff was approaching from opposite direction at a speed of 50 to 55 miles per hour, and he testified he did not see the truck, although he would have seen had he looked.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. JUSTIN McCARTHY, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in first division, first district, this court at October term, 1939.
