DIVORCE, § 107[*] — affirmance of decree of separate maintenance. Decree of separate maintenance on ground of desertion would be affirmed, where such decree was not clearly and manifestly against the weight of evidence in support thereof.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
