In the exercise of this Court’s supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Lawson v. Gateway Western Railway Co., case No. 97-L-1042 (February 24, 1999). The Circuit Court of St. Clair County, in Lawson v. Gateway Western Railway Co., case No. 97-L-463A, is directed to vacate its order of November 14, 1997, denying defendant’s motion to transfer on grounds of forum non conveniens, and to enter an order granting defendant’s motion to transfer venue.
