CONTEMPT, § 90[*] — appeal proper method in contempt cases.
Where there was both an appeal from and a writ of error sued out to review a judgment of conviction of contempt, the writ of error did not lie and the cause was reviewed on the appeal.
Error to Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. ROBERT J. DUNNE, presiding.
Writ of error dismissed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1941.
