In the exercise of this court’s supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Harris, No. 1-04-1062 (June 28, 2005). The cause is remanded to the appellate court for further consideration in light of People v. Mata, 217 Ill. 2d 535 (2005).

[1] This order was later vacated on March 21, 2006, but leave to appeal was again denied.
