Hughes, No. 3-02-0587 (October 10, 2003), reversing defendant’s convictions. The appellate court is directed to reconsider this case in light of People v. McCoy, 207 Ill. 2d 352 (2003), and People v. Jones, 207 Ill.2d 122 (2003).
