The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Jones, case No. 96503, ___ Ill.2d ___, ___ Ill.Dec. ___, ___ N.E.2d ___, 2004 WL 2609754 (11/18/04), and People v. Jones, 211 Ill.2d 140, 284 Ill.Dec. 287, 809 N.E.2d 1233 (2004), to determine whether a different result is warranted.
