SALES, § 326[*] — defective heating elements, breach of guaranty. Trial court properly entered judgment for plaintiff in action for damages caused by defective heating elements sold by defendant under three-year guaranty to replace same free of charge if not satisfactory, where elements were unsatisfactory and defendant refused to replace them.
Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. CECIL C. SMITH, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, at June term, 1939; opinion filed December 13, 1939; rehearing denied January 8, 1940.
