BETTING AND GAMING, § 1[*] “Skee Ball Alley” prohibited by ordinances. A device known as “Skee Ball Alley” was within prohibition of ordinances of City of Chicago; hence judgment dismissing complaint in suit for declaratory judgment as to whether device violated ordinances was proper.
