BETTING AND GAMING, § 1[*] — “Skee Ball Alley” prohibited by ordinances. A device known as “Skee Ball Alley” was within prohibition of ordinances of City of Chicago; hence judgment dismissing complaint in suit for declaratory judgment as to whether device violated ordinances was proper.
Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook County; the Hon. U.S. SCHWARTZ, Judge, presiding.
Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1948.
