SALES, § 359[*] conditional, seller’s rights. Court below properly denied plaintiff injunction and granted defendant judgment on counterclaim, where it appeared that plaintiff’s vendee under land purchase contract had defendant install a furnace under a conditional sales agreement, and after the vendee abandoned the land purchase contract plaintiff executed a conditional sales agreement regarding the furnace, but upon his failure to pay purchase price defendant attempted to remove same.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Rock Island county; Hon. A.J. SCHEINEMAN, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at October term, 1940.
