BROKERS, § 103[*] — action for commission, sufficiency of evidence. Real estate broker was properly granted judgment for commissions, where it appeared defendant orally agreed to pay him 10 per cent of any reduction on several past due mortgages, and plaintiff effected a saving of $3,746, and plaintiff properly had attachment in aid where there was evidence that defendant intended to dispose of his property and go to France with the proceeds.
Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. JUSTIN F. McCARTHY, presiding.
Affirmed. Heard in second divisions first district, this court at October term, 1940.
